Thigbe Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of Thigbe’s website, portal, signup process, and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter agreements and provide the information used during signup.
2) Signup & Account Information
We collect information (including your phone number) during signup to create your account, prevent fraud, and provide services. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or create a final service agreement. Additional contract terms may be presented for acceptance later.
3) Phone Verification & Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and reduce fraud, we verify phone numbers and may validate number type (mobile/landline/VoIP) and deliverability. We may send a one-time verification code via SMS or voice call. You authorize these checks as part of using the Services.
4) Text Messaging & Phone Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Thigbe for:
- one-time verification codes and account security
- bill reminders, payment confirmations, and service/account notifications
- customer support communications you request
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out / Help: Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at Service@Thigbe.com or 817-369-5678.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false information, use unauthorized phone numbers, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass verification. We may deny or suspend access if fraud or abuse is suspected.

7) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thigbe is not liable for carrier delivery issues, verification delays outside our control, or indirect damages related to use of the Services.
8) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
